Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Colton Flake knew he wanted to become a dentist at a young age from his passion for helping people. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2010 and completed a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Known to many as 'Dr. Colt,' he values strong connections with families and is passionate about educating parents on simple ways to support their child’s dental wellness at home. Outside of the office, Dr. Flake enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, golfing, scuba diving, and traveling.

Dr. Greg Gardner understands what it takes to help kids feel comfortable when they visit the dentist. He completed dental school at the University of the Pacific in 2012, followed by a general practice residency in Mississippi and a pediatric dental residency at the University of Washington. He became board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2021.

Dr. Heather Jenkins is excited to bring her passion for pediatric dentistry to the Grin family. She practiced general dentistry in Albuquerque before completing her pediatric dental residency. Dr. Heather enjoys spending time outdoors and volunteering at the Humane Society.

Dr. Taylor Bingham was born and raised in California. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Loma Linda University and completed specialty orthodontic training at The University of Oklahoma. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Linda Murzyn-Dantzer has extensive experience in pediatric dentistry, having completed her Master’s and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Michigan. She served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado and has been a national speaker for Biolase, Inc.

Dr. Nikki Darbani grew up in Jacksonville, FL, and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at USC. She specializes in pediatric dentistry and is involved in several dental organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Kimberly Rebhun studied at the University of Michigan and received her doctorate from the University at Buffalo. She completed her orthodontic training and is passionate about transforming smiles.

Dr. Lexie Kolar is a dynamic pediatric dentist from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She completed her pediatric dental residency at Riley Children’s Hospital and focuses on creating a fun, stress-free environment for her young patients.
